At Arise Church Ministries, we firmly believe that our purpose extends far beyond simply attending Sunday services. Our mission is to help each member discover their true identity as a beloved child of God, equipped with unique gifts just waiting to be uncovered.
We strive not only for enriching worship experiences but also for sending out believers who are fully equipped with discernment, ready to bring others into the loving embrace of our Heavenly Father’s Kingdom. Our ultimate goal is to equip and empower people to make a lasting impact in their communities by spreading the good news about God’s boundless love and grace.
We are passionate about guiding individuals on their journey of discovering their calling and purpose within God’s divine plan for each of our lives. Arise Church Ministries serves as a place where individuals can gather together in fellowship, offering heartfelt worship to Jesus while experiencing His powerful presence in a way that brings honor and glory to Him. - We believe that in order to live the holy and fruitful lives that God intends for us, we need to be baptized in water and be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit enables us to use the spiritual gifts given to us.
- We believe that discipleship must be at the forefront of everything we do. Therefore
everything we do revolves around how we are able to obey this command by Jesus. To know Him more and make Him known. (Love our neighbor) - We believe in having a supernatural culture. God is a supernatural God and he
demonstrated this through Jesus and the disciples and according to scripture we are called to continue this work. God is the same yesterday today and forever and we have personally witnessed His miraculous power locally and internationally. - We believe in the five fold ministry and that ministry exists to equip God’s people to live a life of ministry.
- We believe that worship, prayer, reading the bible, fasting and outreach should be part of our lifestyle and these things will continue to transform us and others into the people that God has called us all to be.
- We believe community is vital and we make home churches and large corporate

Our Beliefs

Death & Resurrection
We believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus and that the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead is in God’s sons and daughters and is still at work today and just as Jesus laid His life down for us we are called to lay our life down to Him.

Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit who was given to us so Jesus can be with His father and sit at God’s right hand. The Holy Spirit leads us, guides us and also baptizes us with fire and power.

The Bible
We believe the whole bible and that God’s word is sovereign and can’t be changed. Although today’s culture is constantly changing God’s kingdom and His culture and His word never changes. His word is still alive AND active and has power to bring life over those who read it and hear it.

Repentance
We believe that in order to receive forgiveness and the ‘new birth’ we must repent of our sins, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and submit to His will for our lives. When we were born into this world we were born as orphans but when we choose to believe in God we become sons and daughters of God.
OUTREACH MINISTRIES OF ARISE CHURCH
Our Outreach Ministries
We are involved in not only reaching our city but the world for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. At Arise church we don’t just talk about reaching people for Jesus. We practice it together and that is part of our equipping process along with our Stepping Out conferences that we do. Here are some ways we are actively doing what Christ told us to do.
City Outreach Ministry
Our city outreach ministry is dedicated to serving our local community. In addition to larger outreach events, we prioritize reaching out to our community once a month. This can take the form of visiting specific locations in the city and praying for individuals on a one-on-one basis or collaborating with other ministries. Our goal is to demonstrate God’s love in various ways and each month brings new opportunities for meaningful service both for those we serve and those involved in this ministry.
We have teams that go out on a regular basis and pray for people in our city.
As a Church we have adopted a local elementary school that is considered 100% poverty and we serve them in many capacities. We have partnered with a ministry called Imaginine Initiative and Lee County to not only serve our local schools but neighborhoods that have needs. We go into neighborhoods and continue to pour into them with kids programs, cookouts, prayer and other methods just to connect and love on them.
Stepping Out and Missions Trips
Stepping Out is not just a three-day interactive school of ministry, it’s also an international ministry. We offer opportunities for individuals to join us in traveling internationally to minister and train people in different states and nations. Over the years, we have had the privilege of visiting Peru, Honduras, Argentina, Brazil and numerous times to Guatemala. Through God’s grace, we have established incredible connections in Guatemala that have opened doors for various types of ministry.
Through Stepping Out ministry, we not only spread the message of the gospel to other countries but also provide individuals with a chance to experience mission work firsthand. It’s an opportunity for people to witness God working through them as they serve alongside our team. These trips are not limited onlyto those who are directly involved with our ministry; they are open to anyone who has a desire to share their faith and see the power of God at work while serving on the mission field.

Arise Church Ministries is a vibrant community of believers in Fort Myers, FL led by Tim and Janette Sevarino. With over 29 years of marriage and 20 years of leadership experience in the local church, Tim and Janette have a deep understanding of what it means to step out in faith and follow God‘s lead.
Their willingness to step into the unknown has resulted in incredible experiences where God has moved supernaturally through them. They have been youth pastors, worship leaders, and have led various ministries both locally and internationally. In fact, they are the founders of Stepping Out Ministries – a school dedicated to equipping individuals in the local church to live a lifestyle of ministry and evangelism.
Global Awakening Network
As part of the Global Awakening network led by Dr. Randy Clark, Tim and Janette believe in working together with other like-minded individuals to advance God‘s Kingdom on earth. With Tim‘s associates degree in theology and ongoing studies in various areas of ministry, they are well-equipped to guide others on their spiritual journey.
Recently, Tim received confirmation from God that it was time for him fulfill an old vision – planting a church in Southwest Florida where people can gather for worship but also grow together as disciples who are sent out into the world to spread the Gospel. This is just the beginning; they believe that this will be one of many churches planted as part of their greater mission.

- Our highest value is God Himself. We do not simply cherish every aspect of His being, but we deeply honor Him for who He truly is.

- Love is of great importance to us. As the scripture says, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son.” We love because He first loved us and because God Himself is love. Our love for one another will showcase Him to the world.

Giving donations and offerings to Arise Church Ministry is a powerful and impactful way to support their mission and vision. By giving, we are contributing to the growth and development of the church, and enabling them to reach more people with the message of hope and love. It also allows us to play an active role in making a positive impact in our community and the world. The donations and offerings are used to fund various programs and initiatives such as outreach programs, community projects, and supporting those in need. It is also a way for us to express our gratitude and worship to God, as giving is a spiritual act of obedience and stewardship.
